S Tara Grand Hotel Surat Thani, Surat Thani

I stayed at this hotel for two nights during a business trip and was impressed by the exceptional Wi-Fi coverage, which was a huge plus for my work. The rooms were very good for the price, featuring quality sheets and a comfortable bed. While the hotel is quite far from tourist attractions and restaurants, it was budget-friendly. On the downside, the breakfast selection was quite limited and the location isn't ideal for exploring Surat Thani.

The hotel served its purpose as a quick stopover with spacious rooms, and while the reception staff was accommodating, the dining experience left a lot to be desired. The location is somewhat isolated, making it difficult to find good meals nearby. Overall, it's a decent choice for a short stay but has room for improvement in the restaurant department.
